Consultation
I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to give us an opportunity to discuss your needs, concerns, and the best way I may be helpful in meeting your needs.
Rates
Rates will be discussed during your 20-minute complimentary phone consultation.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance. Upon request, I will provide you with a “Superbill” which will contain all the required information for submission to your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Payment
Cash, Check, Credit Card, and HSA accepted.
